New Year, New Start

Decided that 2012 I would try and change the way I use this blog. Previously it was for my reference when someone wanted a particular card then show them ideas. Now hopefully when inspirations strikes and something I'm pleased with gels then I will post it here.

Todays is a stamped banner using masking technique that took my fancy. Must admit that stamping does not flow for me, but was happy with final result, (maybe could have been a bit more vibrant?).

100th Birthday

A4 size card using bangle punch. The gold card has not scanned well.

8x8 card using punches. The image is on pearlescent gold which has not scanned well.

30th Anniversary

Add caption

Roses shaped card which has a small box inside to write message.

This has a matching insert; 'Anniversary wishes to a special couple'.

For the lady enquiring for 65th anniversary, I can add 65 to any card.

It's Peachy

Had a play with embossing and my new nestie today.

Finally been inspired by peoples' mono themes to have a go.....and this was the result.

These were made from a prize sent to me from Classy Crafts.


















I mounted this on acetate so that the rear view can also be seen.

 Only managed to do one more stamped card, this one featuring Clarity corners and PaperArtsy.

 This has glitter on all the white areas, does not show up with scanning.

Got to grips with Martha Stewart round the page punches for this.

Well I think I've finally understood how the new uploads work.
Here are just a few of the humorous christmas creations for this year.

Well finally managed to get 3 pics on by changing back to the old system, but it has taken ages to do.
I think there has been some tinkering by the powers that be to improve blogging.

I have been trying to upload new projects for the past few days without success. I can add text but not pictures, a bit of a conundrum going on. Will keep trying so please bear with me, if anyone else has come across this problem could you let me know how to resolve it.
